The game stores progress, settings, coins, boosters, purchase fulfilment records and recent gameplay events locally on your device. No Parcel Jam account or login is required. We do not operate a cloud game-progress account service. Uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local progress. Android backup may retain app data according to your device and Google account settings.
Parcel Jam uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded advertisements and advertisements between some completed levels. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect device identifiers (including the advertising ID), IP address and approximate location, app interactions, diagnostic information and advertising performance data. Google processes this data to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud and maintain its services. Advertising data may be shared with Google and its advertising partners. Consent choices are requested where applicable using Google’s consent system. You can also manage your Android advertising ID and advertising preferences in your device settings.

Optional purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles payment details; Parcel Jam does not receive card numbers or banking credentials. The app receives product identifiers, purchase status and purchase tokens to deliver purchased items and acknowledge transactions. Purchased coin packs are consumable and used within the game. Non-consumable purchases can be restored through Google Play with the same store account; spent coins and local progress are not a cross-device cloud wallet.
Parcel Jam is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not specifically directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@bizpilot.ee. Advertising and consent handling must follow applicable local age requirements.
The app does not request microphone, camera, contacts or precise location access. Network services use encrypted connections. Local game data remains on the device; service providers retain their own data according to their privacy policies.
You can disable music and effects, decline optional rewarded ads, purchase removal of automatic interstitial ads, and manage consent choices where required. To delete local game data, clear the app’s storage in Android settings or uninstall it. For privacy questions or requests about data sent to us through support, email info@bizpilot.ee. Google-related data requests can be managed through your Google account.
