A world with a little life.
Residents appear as your population grows. Gentle weather and small animated details bring each neighbourhood its own atmosphere. Look out for a guest with a gift, or enjoy a festival by the fountain.
Prefer a quieter city? Weather, music and motion can be adjusted in settings. English and Russian interfaces are available.

The ordinary game is playable offline and earns income while you are away, up to the game’s offline limit. You can progress without buying anything or watching an advert.
Optional crystal packs and useful time-saving boosts are in testing. Final prices will appear in Google Play before payment. Online services and purchases require an internet connection.
Before you settle in
Where can I download Pixel Borough?
The game is currently in Android testing. We will add the official Google Play link here when it is available. There is no public store release yet.
Do I need to keep the game open?
No. Your cities can earn offline income up to the applicable limit. Return when you like, collect your progress and decide what to build next.
Are purchases or videos required?
No. The full ordinary progression is available without purchases or ads. Optional rewards and purchases are being tested; availability and final product details will be shown in the app.
How do I protect my saved city?
Guest progress is stored on your phone. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove it. Do not uninstall to troubleshoot a save. Contact support first. Cloud-account services are still being verified for release.
How can I report a problem?
Tell us your app version, phone model, what happened and what you expected. A screenshot helps. Never send passwords, card details or access codes.

Bizpilot OÜ («Bizpilot», «we», «us», or «our») operates the mobile game Pixel Borough.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, processed, and shared when you download, install, access, or use Pixel Borough.

2. Information We May Collect
The information processed by Pixel Borough depends on the features you use and the services enabled in the current version of the game.
If Pixel Borough provides account functionality, we may process information such as your email address, user or account identifier, authentication information, game profile, game progress, preferences, settings, and cloud save information.
We may process gameplay and usage information, including your progress, buildings, upgrades, unlocked content, eras, achievements, virtual currency, virtual items, boosts, in-game actions, session information, and game settings.
Pixel Borough and services used by the game may also process technical information such as device model, operating system and version, application version, language, IP address, approximate location derived from technical information, device identifiers, application identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, crash information, diagnostic information, and performance information.
Pixel Borough does not require precise GPS location information for its normal gameplay functionality unless a future feature specifically requires such information and appropriate permission is requested.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information processed through Pixel Borough to provide and operate the game, maintain accounts, save and synchronize game progress, process and verify purchases, provide virtual items, deliver advertising, provide rewarded advertisements, improve gameplay, balance game systems, develop new features, diagnose technical problems, improve stability and performance, prevent fraud or abuse, protect the security of our services, provide customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where required by applicable law, we rely on an appropriate legal basis for processing personal information. Depending on the circumstances, this may include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the game, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent.
4. Advertising
Pixel Borough may display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements that allow players to receive an in-game benefit after viewing an advertisement.
We may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may process information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, application information, advertising interactions, approximate location, and information necessary to deliver, measure, secure, and improve advertisements.
Where required by applicable law, personalized advertising or related tracking technologies will only be used after obtaining the required consent.
If personalized advertising is disabled or consent is not provided, you may still receive contextual or non-personalized advertisements.
Advertising partners process information according to their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
5. In-App Purchases
Pixel Borough may offer optional in-app purchases, including gems, virtual currency, boosts, content packs, or other digital items.
Purchases made through the Android version of Pixel Borough are processed through Google Play Billing.
Bizpilot OÜ does not directly receive or store your full payment card information.
We may receive information related to a transaction that is necessary to verify a purchase, deliver purchased content, restore eligible purchases, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and provide customer support.
Payment processing is also subject to the privacy policies and terms of the relevant platform provider.
6. Analytics, Diagnostics and Crash Reporting
We may use analytics, diagnostics, performance monitoring, or crash reporting services to understand how Pixel Borough performs and how users interact with the game.
These services may process information such as application version, device type, operating system, session information, gameplay events, performance information, errors, crash reports, and diagnostic data.
We may use this information to detect and fix bugs, improve game stability, improve performance, understand feature usage, improve user experience, balance gameplay, and develop new content.
7. Third-Party Services
Pixel Borough may use third-party services necessary for operating the game.
Depending on the version of the game, these services may include Google Play Services, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Google or Firebase services, analytics providers, crash reporting providers, authentication services, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, and database providers.
Third-party providers may process certain information independently according to their own privacy policies.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of the applicable third-party services.
8. Accounts and Authentication
If Pixel Borough provides user accounts, account information may be used to authenticate users, protect accounts, synchronize progress across sessions or devices, provide cloud saves, restore game progress, and provide customer support.
Authentication credentials are processed using appropriate authentication systems. We do not intentionally store user passwords in plain text.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
9. Game Progress and Cloud Saves
Pixel Borough may store game-related information such as progress, buildings, upgrades, achievements, virtual currency balances, unlocked content, settings, and other game state information.
Where cloud save functionality is available, this information may be stored on remote servers so that progress can be restored or synchronized.
Loss of access to an account may affect access to associated cloud save data.
10. Virtual Currency and Digital Items
Pixel Borough may contain virtual currency, including gems, as well as boosts, upgrades, rewards, or other digital items.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, virtual currency and digital items have no monetary value outside Pixel Borough and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.
Virtual currency, rewards, prices, game balance, and digital items may be adjusted as part of game balancing, updates, development, security measures, or technical maintenance, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
Transaction information may be retained where necessary to verify purchases and provide customer support.
11. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.
Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to operate Pixel Borough, including providers of hosting, authentication, analytics, advertising, payment processing, crash reporting, security, and technical infrastructure.
We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, court order, regulatory requirement, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, services, or the security of Pixel Borough.
If Bizpilot OÜ is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or transfer of business assets, information associated with Pixel Borough may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
12. Data Storage and International Transfers
Information may be processed or stored using infrastructure operated by Bizpilot OÜ or third-party service providers.
Some providers may process information outside your country of residence.
Where personal information is transferred outside the European Economic Area or another jurisdiction with data transfer requirements, we take reasonable measures to ensure that an appropriate legal mechanism or safeguard is used where required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, destruction, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, authentication systems, encrypted network communications, secure hosting infrastructure, monitoring, and other industry-standard security practices.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods may depend on whether information is necessary to maintain an account, preserve game progress, provide services, verify purchases, handle customer support, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with accounting requirements, protect legal rights, or meet other legal obligations.

Where an in-game account deletion feature is available, users may also use that feature to submit a deletion request.
16. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.
Users in the European Economic Area may have rights under the GDPR, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to certain processing, data portability where applicable, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily remove advertising from the game. Non-personalized or contextual advertisements may still be displayed.

Pixel Borough is designed as a general entertainment game.
We do not knowingly seek to collect unnecessary personal information from children.
Where younger users are permitted to use Pixel Borough, we aim to comply with applicable laws and platform requirements concerning age, consent, advertising, data collection, and data processing.
